Terms of Service for Videmak Agentic Social

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Videmak Agentic Social. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these terms. If you use the application for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

The service

Videmak Agentic Social provides tools for connecting supported social accounts, preparing and organizing content, AI-assisted drafting, scheduling and publishing, monitoring activity and performance, managing media, and collaborating in workspaces. Features and supported third-party services may change over time.

Eligibility and account security

• You must be legally able to enter into these terms and meet the minimum age required in your location.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials, devices, API credentials, and recovery methods secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
• Workspace owners are responsible for assigning appropriate access and permissions to their team members.

Connected accounts and authority

You may connect only social accounts, pages, profiles, channels, and other services that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize Videmak Agentic Social to access connected services and carry out actions that you initiate or configure, subject to the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for complying with each connected service’s rules and may revoke access at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and perform actions you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use and publish the content, including any personal data, music, images, video, trademarks, or other protected material it contains.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or publication and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and your organization’s policies. Do not rely on AI output as professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law; violate another person’s rights; publish deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unlawful material; send spam; manipulate engagement; access accounts without authorization; distribute malware; evade platform limits; interfere with service security; scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service; or resell access unless expressly authorized. You may not use connected-service data for purposes prohibited by that service.

Plans, fees, and cancellation

Paid features, usage limits, billing intervals, taxes, trial terms, and renewal information are shown when you select a plan. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge amounts due. Except where law or a stated refund policy requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or support process.

Third-party services

The application interoperates with social networks, Google services, AI providers, payment providers, and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, restrictions, content decisions, account actions, or data practices. A third party may limit or end integration access at any time.

Availability, changes, and suspension

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, limit, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, respond to legal requirements, prevent abuse, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every requirement or that scheduled or third-party actions will always succeed. To the extent permitted by law, Videmak Agentic Social and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss caused by third-party services, unauthorized account use, or content you publish. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and governing rules

We may update these terms to reflect service, security, legal, or business changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules in your location continue to apply.
