Privacy Policy for Videmak Agentic Social

This Privacy Policy explains how Videmak Agentic Social collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the website, create an account, connect a third-party service, or use social media management, publishing, analytics, AI-assisted content, and collaboration features.

Information we process

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication details, language, and workspace membership.
  • OAuth information from services you choose to connect, including account identifiers, authorized profile or channel details, granted permissions, and access or refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection.
  • Social content and instructions you provide, including drafts, captions, media, schedules, publishing settings, comments, messages, account activity, and performance metrics made available by connected services.
  • Billing, plan, support, and transaction information when you purchase a service or contact support. Complete payment-card details are processed by the selected payment provider rather than stored directly by the application.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, session data, timestamps, feature activity, diagnostic logs, and security events.

How we use information

  • Authenticate users, maintain accounts and workspaces, and provide requested application features.
  • Connect authorized third-party accounts and carry out actions you request or configure, such as retrieving account data, scheduling content, publishing posts, or displaying analytics.
  • Generate, transform, or organize content when you choose an AI-assisted feature.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the service; enforce applicable terms; and comply with legal obligations.
  • Send transactional messages, service notices, and support responses. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you may opt out of them.

Google user data

Google sign-in and Google service connections are optional. When you authorize Google access, Videmak Agentic Social uses the information received only to authenticate you and provide the user-facing connection, content, publishing, or analytics feature you selected. The application does not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow people to read it except as required to provide and secure the service, comply with law, or act on your direction.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When information may be shared

Information may be shared with infrastructure, hosting, storage, email, analytics, AI, payment, and customer-support providers that process it for us under appropriate obligations; with connected social networks when you request an action; with workspace members according to their roles; during a business transaction; or when disclosure is required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. OAuth tokens are retained only while needed to keep an authorized connection active and are removed or made unusable when that connection is deleted, subject to limited backup and legal-retention periods.

You can disconnect a social integration in the application, revoke Google access from your Google Account, export available Social Workspace data from your profile, or request deletion of your account and associated data. Deleting data may not remove content that was already published to a third-party social network; that content must also be managed on the relevant network.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, protected credential storage, and activity logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password, protect your devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children, international processing, and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. Information may be processed in countries other than your own with safeguards appropriate to the processing. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will post the revised effective date on this page.
